The full programme can be found here and tickets can still be booked online or by phoning the London office: 020 7242 1880.

The Study Day will end at 2.00 and, after a lunch break, will be followed at 3.00 by the Society’s Annual General Meeting. The Agenda for the AGM was mailed to all Members in November, together with brief biographies of nominees for election as Trustees and the summary Report and Accounts for 2011-12. The full Accounts can be downloaded here, and the nominees’ biographies are available here.

After the AGM, at 4.30, the Society’s Annual Lecture (tickets not needed) will be given by Dr Alexandra Villing on Fifty shades of Naukratis: new research on an Egyptian-Greek city. The Christmas Party (for which tickets are availablehere) will take place from 6.00, when there will be ample opportunity to meet the speakers, EES Staff and Trustees, and other members over drinks and mince pies.  Please note that tickets for the Study Day include entry to the Christmas party.

We are all looking forward to seeing as many Members as possible as we kick off the festive season with this entertaining, informative and sociable day.

The EES team.
